BBMB Apprentice Recruitment 2026: The Bhakra Beas Management Board (BBMB) has announced 65 apprentice vacancies for the 2026-27 training session under the Apprentices Act, 1961. The recruitment covers ITI, diploma and graduate apprentices at Nangal and Dhulkote in Haryana and Punjab.Of the total vacancies, 58 are available at Canal Power House Circle, BBMB, Nangal, while seven Lineman apprentice posts are available at the Construction Division, BBMB, Dhulkote. Vacancy and eligibility detailsNangal vacancies include three engineering graduates, two each in BA, B.Com and B.Sc, three diploma apprentices and 39 ITI apprentices across different trades.ITI vacancies include Fitter (8), Electrician (6), Lineman (19), Carpenter (2), Welder (1), Plumber (5), Painter (1), COPA (3) and Mechanic Motor Vehicle (1).Dhulkote has seven Lineman apprentice vacancies.Graduate applicants need at least 40% marks in their respective degrees. Diploma candidates require 40% marks, while ITI applicants must have passed Class 10 with at least 40% marks and hold the relevant NCVT/SCVT certificate.Selection process and merit calculationSelection will be based on academic merit and document verification.• ITI apprentices: 30% weightage to Class 10 and 70% to ITI marks.• Graduate apprentices: 20% to Class 10, 20% to Class 12/Diploma (whichever is higher) and 60% to graduation marks.Twenty-five per cent of seats in each trade will first be allocated to eligible candidates from project-area districts.How to apply for BBMB Apprentice Recruitment 2026ITI candidates must apply through the NAPS portal.
