It seems that the trip finally made it out of the group chat for Hilary Duff and many other celebrity mothers. The star recently posted about going on a trip, talking about her, Mandy Moore, and many others and how they took a relaxing trip away from their everyday lives all the way to Riviera Nayarit, Mexico.
Hilary Duff goes on vacation with her mom group chat
The actress shared glimpses of her vacation with the mom group chat online in Mexivo in a brand new Instagram post. She shared photos and videos from the group spending time together, as she put up the caption, “The group chat made it to the jungle.” In one of the photos, Duff can be seen sipping her drink by the poolside wearing a yellow swimsuit with a baseball cap.The photos consisted of Duff, Moore, and Gaby Dalkin of ‘What’s Gaby Cooking,’ and makeup artist Kelsey Deenihan Fisher, as well as Janice Gott, Whitney Wagner Hartley, Amanda Lillywhite, and Haylee Christine.In one of the photos on her post, the group all got bundled up in white robes and slides during a spa outing, while Duff also shared photos of the food and the colorful cocktails. Another photo also showed the group having fun on their outing, playing the board game Mahjong together.Moore recently opened up about how important friendships are and how the bond she has formed after becoming a mother is so important. While in conversation with Glamour, she shared, “I feel exceedingly lucky that my kids happen to spend time with people that I feel like our values are aligned with. The friends that I’ve made since becoming a parent are some of the deeper, more surprising friendships I’ve found as an adult.”

This is also not the only time that the group chat has made headlines, as earlier this year, the ‘Suite life of Zach and Cody’ star had published an essay online talking about how she is done with toxic ‘mom groups.’ Published with The Cut, the essay by Tisdale talked about how she was glad about leaving the group chat and how she had experienced cliques, separate group chats, and a lot of drama, as well as times when she found out through social media posts that other members would often get together without her, among other things.While she had never named who the essay was pointed towards, internet sleuths ended up finding out about old group photos of Duff, Moore, Dalkin, and Meghan Trainor with Tisdale. Duff was later asked about the matter by Alex Cooper on the ‘Call Her Daddy’ podcast earlier this year. To this, she had replied by saying, “I felt really sad. I honestly felt really sad. I was pretty, pretty taken aback, and felt just, like, sad. So I think I just was like, ‘Whoa.’ It sucks to read something that’s, like, not true.”
