Anya Singh has joined the cast of Vikram Bhatt’s upcoming horror film ‘1920: Cold Winter’, which also stars Ahan Shetty. The project marks Anya’s first reported venture into the horror genre and will see her reunite with Ahan after their appearance in the successful war drama ‘Border 2’.The announcement comes after the reported success of ‘Haunted – Echoes Of The Past’, following which director Vikram Bhatt and producer Anand Pandit revealed that they were collaborating on the next instalment of the ‘1920’ franchise. Ahan Shetty was subsequently reported to have joined the project in July 2026.

According to a report by Bollywood Hungama, Anya Singh has been signed as the female lead in ‘1920: Cold Winter’. The makers were reportedly impressed by her screen presence and acting abilities and felt that she was suited to the role. Anya is also said to be excited about the project, as she has not previously explored the horror genre in Bollywood. Her casting adds a fresh face to the long-running franchise, which has featured different actors and stories across its previous instalments.
